The foundation of RestHourly is to make better use of empty space during the core day period.

Across London, thousands of short-term rental properties sit empty for several hours between guest check-out and check-in. At the same time, many people need a comfortable place to work, rest, layover or enjoy privacy without booking a full overnight stay.

By taking advantage and optimising, the major homestay businesses, Resthourly.com is banking on more and more establishments such as serviced accommodations, boutique hotels, and hosts on airbnb.com   /vrbo.com / booking.com etc and/or managers alike in relation to the homestay marketplaces, who see this opportunity as a way to adapt to their time and multiply their streams of income.

RestHourly is simply built to connects these two needs.

Guests can book private rooms for a few hours during the day at affordable prices, while hosts and property managers can earn extra income from otherwise unused hours during the daytime. For some, this can cover cleaning costs and be used to avoid the 90 NIGHT limit that’s been set in place by some councils.
